INTERVIEW WITH DARAMOLA AMOS

Interviewer: Hello,can we meet you?

Bro Daramola Amos: My name is Daramola Amos Oluwatimilehin


Interviewer: What state are you from?

Bro Daramola Amos:Osun State. I hail from Ijebu-Ijesa but I live in Ilesa.  

Interviewer: What's your course of study?

Bro Daramola Amos: Microbiology. 

Interviewer : What course did you choose initially?

Bro Daramola Amos: Medicine and Surgery but I had to change to Anatomy because I was  22 marks behind. 

Interviewer: Would you mind sharing your admission story with us? Was it your first Jamb and how did you feel when you finally got in?

Bro Daramola Amos: It was my first Jamb and that was the year 2018. I scored 238 in Jamb.. I was happy and I studied harder for my Post-Utme exam. The result came out and I scored 70. I prayed to God and I hoped for the best. Luckily for me I got an admission to study Microbiology though the admission was late. I feel happy being an undergraduate 😊.

Interviewer: So, are you single in the Lord or Single and searching or engaged or maybe married?

Bro Daramola Amos: Single to Stupor.

Interviewer: Give us a brief detail of your educational background. (Primary & Secondary.)

Bro Daramola Amos: I started from Kindergarten at Victory in Christ Nursery and Primary School Ilesa
 Nursery and Primary - Power of Faith Academy Ilesa and LA Primary School Ilesa
 Secondary- Reality High School, Ilesa, Osun State.

Interviewer: Were you a prefect in school? You look like someone perfect for a headboy that will beat all the students. 🌝

Bro Daramola Amos: Labour Prefect in my Primary School.
Time keeper II - SSS 1 3rd term to SSS 2 2nd term
Social Prefect boy- SSS 2 3rd term to SSS 3 2nd term.

Interviewer: Asides from being a fine brother in the Lord, what other activities are your hobbies?

Bro Daramola Amos: Making Research, Listening to meaningful  conversations, Reading/Studying, Exercising, Making people laugh, Boxing.

Interviewer: I must say that I am fascinated by your personality. 

What if you are not currently studying this course you are studying, what course would you rather be studying?

Bro Daramola Amos: Intelligence and Security Studies at Nigeria Defence Academy.

Interviewer: Share your experience as a child 😌

Bro Daramola Amos: Can't remember. All I know was that I was very playful and stubborn, mum told me that. 

Interviewer: Do you have a side hustle or work asides from schooling? If yes, would you mind telling us about it and how you started?

Bro Daramola Amos: It all started in the year 2020 during the lockdown period, my male best friend since JSS 1 sent me a link to join a Graphic design class. I learnt Graphics design and I was able to make 5 figures from it. 

Later in October 2020, I met with a friend of mine that I know is into Freelancing and Network Marketing. He gave me full details on how to go about things..did training for few months and started making some extra cash for myself but I had to pause it when school resumed so as not  to affect my Education.

Interviewer: What department do you belong to at church and are you currently holding any position?

How are you able to juggle School, Fellowship with God, Positions at school/church and business?

 That is a lot for anyone to handle. 

Can you share actionable tips on how you were able to work everything out without one affecting the other?

Bro Daramola Amos: Technical unit

I'm not holding any post at the moment.
 Well, it's been God for giving me the strength and endurance. 
There were a lot of sleepless nights because I have to study.
 Time management is the key actually.

Interviewer: Would you like to share your Christian experience?

Bro Daramola Amos: In Summary..  

I've been a church goer since when I was a kid
I gave my life to Christ 2014 I think...it's not been an easy journey but God is keeping me on the right track whenever it seems i'm  going astray.

Interviewer: What is your favorite Bible verse and why do you like this verse?

Bro Daramola Amos: Hosea 1:7 
Hos.1.7 - But I will have love, pity, and mercy on the house of Judah and will deliver them by the Lord their God and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by equipment of war, nor by horses, nor by horsemen.


This verse speaks about the Mercy of the Lord and I believe if not for the Lord's mercy, we won't be where we are today. 

Interviewer: What would be your advice to non-believers?

Bro Daramola Amos: Though, you might think you are rich or you are doing well without Jesus but eternal joy and comfort is found in Jesus.

Interviewer: With the rise of false pastors and funny doctrines, what would you advise believers?

Bro Daramola Amos: Build your relationship to the lord up to the extent that you will be able to speak to the Lord without going through false prophets. Doing so, the lord will teach you on how to go about things.

Interviewer: How did you become a member of CAC HALL CHAPEL?

Bro Daramola Amos: Through my Sister (A family friend) named Ekuewa Mary Kemisola.

Interviewer: What was your first impression of Halleluyah Chapel? Is that impression still intact till now?

Bro Daramola Amos: This is a church where truths are spoken to the children of God. Yes. 

Interviewer: Describe daddy Ajiroba in 3 words.

Bro Daramola Amos: A True Leader. 

Interviewer: Who are those you consider your closest pals at Hallelujah Chapel? People you would miss too when you graduate from here. 

Bro Daramola Amos: Everyone 
Omo-woli (Lekan) is my closest pal. 

Interviewer: Do you have a mentor? Who is this person and why did you choose the person as a mentor?

Bro Daramola Amos: Yes
My Dad
He never made me go on a wrong track.

Interviewer: If I ask you to give a shout-out now to people who have influenced your journey in Life greatly, who and who would you give a shout-out to?

Bro Daramola Amos: God
My Parents, Siblings, friends, Pastors and my ex.

Interviewer: After University Education, what's next?

Bro Daramola Amos: Global maritime Academy then Nigeria Defence Academy.

Interviewer: What day do you consider the best and worse day of your life?

Bro Daramola Amos: The day I gave my life to Christ.

Interviewer: Worst day?

Bro Daramola Amos: The day my ex was involved in a ghastly accident.
