INTERVIEW WITH BRO TOSIN ABATAN

Interviewer: Can we meet you?



Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: So I'm Oluwatomisin Emmanuel Abatan


I'm a 500lv student of university of ilorin the department of home economics. 

I'm from kwara state. 


Interviewer: What course did you choose initially?


Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: I initially chose pharmacy but should I say I didn't meet the cut off mark, so I did change of course to food science.  



Interviewer: Would you mind sharing your admission story with us? Was it your first Jamb and how did you feel when you finally got in?



Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Okay. It was my first jamb, I got admission with my first jamb. 

So after getting the score I got from jamb, a friend of mine introduced me to the course and I bought into the idea cos I thought it would be so so easy. 

When I saw the admission letter I was shocked cos I've given on going to school that year. 


Interviewer: I must say that I am fascinated by your personality. What if you are not currently studying this course you are studying, what course would you rather be studying?


 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Maybe criminology or psychology. 



 Interviewer: So, are you single in the Lord or Single and searching or engaged or maybe married?

 

Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin   : Single ma


Interviewer: Give us a brief detail of your educational background. Primary & Secondary.



 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: So for my primary school I attended Neighbourhood nursery and primary school 


For my junior secondary school I attended Befrank meteoric school 


And for my senior secondary school I attended NODOS international school - All in Lagos. 



Interviewer: Were you a prefect in school? You look like someone perfect for headboy.



  Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Because of my big head right? I was only a prefect in my primary school,  the rest I was a ghost student. 



Interviewer: Share your experience as a child? 


 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin:    I grew up in a military background(the barracks) as a child I was kind of stubborn, and always afraid. My childhood was fun and restricted.  


Interviewer: Asides being a fine brother in the Lord, what other activities are your hobbies?


 

Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: I love playing instruments, sleeping and love playing football. 


Interviewer: What department do you belong to at church and are you currently holding any position?



 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: No department ma


Interviewer: Do you have a side hustle or work asides schooling? If yes,would you mind telling us about it and how you started.



   Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: No side hustle ma. 


Interviewer: What day do you consider the best and worse day of your life?

 

  Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: The worst day, the day my friend died. 

My best day: Everyday is my best day.  


Interviewer: If I ask you to give a shout-out now to people who have influence your journey in Life greatly, who and who would you give a shout-out to?


Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin:To my dad

Interviewer: Who are those you consider your closest pals at Hallelujah Chapel? People you would miss too when you graduate from here. 



  Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: David, Samuel, Oloruntoba. 


Interviewer: What would be your advice to non-believers?



 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: They should come closer to God before it's too late.


Interviewer: With the rise of false pastors and funny doctrines, what would you advice believers?


  Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Stick to anything that works for them and be careful, the end will justify the means. 



Interviewer: What is your favorite Bible verse and why do you like this verse?


Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Heb.6.19 - We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain... It keeps me going. 



Interviewer: What was your first impression of Halleluyah Chapel? Is that impression still intact till now?


Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: They stay long. It's not.  


Interviewer: Describe daddy Ajiroba in 3 words.



 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin : A  good man. 


Interviewer: Do you have a mentor? Who is this person and why did you choose the person as a mentor?



   Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Lieutenant Timothy. He trained me mentally and I emulate him more. 



Interviewer: Would you like to share your Christian experience?

 Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Me I can't really say how it started though cos I grew up with my dad and mum taking us to church and advancing and leaving us to work for God and do his will. 

Interviewer: After University Education, what's next?

   Bro Abatan Oluwatomisin: Pursue my career in military🤷🏿‍♂️
